Upgrade your everyday bags

Bags are probably one of the most difficult accessories to shop for. Ultimately, they need to match most of what you wear from different colors to styles to moods, be super durable as you literally use them daily through all weather and activities, and practical since everyone knows, a girl has her life in her bag!

While it’s probably obvious most of us are after designer bags, they can definitely be unreasonably pricey, not to mention unrealistically small or made of super sensitive (though beautiful) leather that can’t survive wear and tear. So while I’d love to be an exclusive Chanel-er, I also think it’s important to have a few alternative options that are higher quality than your everyday Zara bags. No offensive Zara!

After two years in London, I’ve come across a one-of-kind handmade leather bag company that solves all my problems! Cambridge Satchel Companyย is an iconic British brand well known for it’s craftsmanship started by a mother-daughter duo with just ยฃ600. The original was inspired by the traditional British leather schoolbag, but has since grown to incorporate a vast range of styles. All the bags are made of high quality leather and make for the perfect holiday gift. I’m obviously obsessed as you can see here, I’ve styled three of my favorite bags for everyday wear. Most importantly, they’re TOTALLY affordable at an average price of ยฃ135. And of course, all shoppable at the bottom of this post!

My style of choice for meetings is the Poppy bag in Burgundy leather.

For more casual strolls on the street / weekends / travel, I love the Tassel Cross Body bag in black with gold!

And for nights out (also perfect for the holidays) I wear my silver Push Lock. Also comes in gold and star print!!
