New York has managed to trick me into thinking Spring was just around the corner at least 5x now, and I’m really hoping this time it’s for real. Spent my Saturday in absolutely gorgeous weather and eating what I think might be the best Soba lunch deal in town (pictured here just $14). Soba-ya is perfection.

If I’ve noticed anything about this almost-Spring season, it’s that high waisted shorts are IN. But unless I’m at coachella (I wish) or in Vegas (soon!), I can’t seem to justify the distress-ripped-jean version. That’s not the say I don’t love the look, but you’ll come to find that my default style leans towards the formal end of the spectrum (hopefully not a result of my occupation). I am, however, very into this versatile white selection. Pair them with any bright or pastel color by day, and black or white top with statement gold jewelry by night for an effortless look. Let me know what you think!

Wearing: Equipment Elliot top in Blazing Yellow | Zara high waist shorts in white (in stores now!) | Platform strappy sandal, similar here | BCBG clutch similar here | Cuff (gift from the BF)
